simPRO Update: Let your pre-builds do the talking

Prepare for a pre-build rebuild! Many improvements to the handy function in simPRO are on the way – the first of which is included in our next update, rolling out from July 9.

See clearly now

You let us know you’d like to include pre-build descriptions on your quotes to provide greater visibility to your customers – now you can do this and much more.

You can now add pre-build descriptions to selected quote, job, and invoice forms (with or without quantities or prices), so you can quickly see what each pre-build includes and what it’s used for, and your customers can know exactly what they’re getting in a scope of works. How’s that for convenience and great service?

Refreshed pricing types

We’ve also refreshed the pricing types for pre-builds. Now, when you create a pre-build with a pre-determined sell price, you can select the ‘flat rate’ pricing type, previously known as ‘set price’. Easy!
