Stock Purchase Orders
The purchase order functionality has been improved by adding stock purchase orders to Connect. Stock purchase orders are specifically designed to allow technicians to restock their storage device when in the field.
Reports for runsheets and job cards are now available. The report results are sent as an email to the employee the report was run for. Great for forwarding back to the office to update job cards.
This feature allows technicians to use the gallery of the device they are using to upload attachments to Connect.
This check box, when selected on the Assets page of Connect, searches for all assets of a job irrespective of cost centre. This will allow the technician to search for any of the customer’s assets that are part of the job.
If your technicians have access to pricing pages then adding materials just got easier. It’s now possible to search for pre-builds to add to the pricing of the job.
