Latest simPRO update: no more customer double-ups

Trying to decide which Bob is the right Bob in your customer list? Avoid doubling up on customer cards with our latest update to simPRO Service and Enterprise, rolling out from March 5.

Validation for new customer data

If you’ve ever added a customer to your system twice, causing a few problems when you came to scheduling jobs and invoicing for that customer, this feature’s for you.

Now when you create a new customer, simPRO will alert you if you already have someone with the same details in your system. No more accidental double-ups!

Bulk-update recurring item, pre-build and labour prices

When you need to update prices for items, pre-builds and labour on your recurring invoice and job templates, you can now save a lot of time!

No more manually updating each price – you now have the ability to update many prices in one go with a single click.


This is one of our regular software updates, aimed at bringing in new features and improving existing features in response to client feedback, and making sure our software helps our clients stay ahead of the game as the trade and technology landscapes continue to evolve.
