Our next update to simPRO Service and Enterprise, rolling out from January 21st, is one of the most requested features on the Ideas Portal. The rich text editor gives you more formatting choices for text in your emails, descriptions and notes!
Read on for more details, or head to our release notes for step-by-step videos.
Present more professional documents to your customers
Our new and improved text editor gives you the ability to add more structure in quotes, invoices and other documents within simPRO Service and Enterprise. Use this to draw attention to text, make lists easier to read with bullet points, differentiate between titles and paragraphs with font size and even add tables to make numbers more palatable.
There’s so much more you can do with this formatter that changes the way descriptions can be used in simPRO. Be sure to leave a comment below for any new uses the formater brings to you now which could benefit other simPRO clients.
Optimised for print and digital
All the wonderful and creative things you can now do with the text formatter will display when your documents are printed and when you copy and paste within simPRO. In addition, you can add hyperlinks which will display as clickable text in digital versions of your quotes and invoices. Now your customers can reach your website with a single click from your PDF invoice!
To make sure that all your formatting will turn out as pretty in PDF and print as it does on screen, click the expand button which displays the the editor as a pop up with all of your formatting in the width of an A4 page. Job done, no worries, no hassles, no problems!
This is one of our regular software updates, aimed at bringing in new features and improving existing features in response to client feedback. We at simPRO want to make sure our software helps our clients stay ahead of the game as the trade and technology landscapes continue to change and evolve around the world.
