PARTNER PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Our program is designed to generate opportunity for mutual benefit under three tiers: Registered, Select, and Premier. While some tiers offer increased levels of engagement – and with it, benefits and requirements – we believe all partners are strategically valuable to Simpro and our community.

Registered Partner

These partnerships are most common and are usually the initial level that partners consider when embracing Simpro as a partner. Several of these benefits are outlined below, but grouped into Marketing, Sales, Technology & Enablement, and Support, which Registered partners can take advantage of on a self-service basis.

Select Partner

These partnerships utilize many of the same offerings and benefits provided to Registered partners, however they also match partners with a dedicated Partner Manager. The Partner Manager will create and administer an annual plan to help you leverage valuable Simpro opportunities.

These relationships require significant investment and coordination on both ends to deliver on a shared value proposition and unique business case. This will ultimately convey material benefits for the Simpro Partner and ecosystems. These relationships are by invitation only and typically evolve from Registered and Select partnerships.

PARTNER PROGRAM
REQUIREMENTS

Technology Partners
  • Register for the Partner Program and sign Partner Program agreement
  • Maintain up-to-date Partner Directory Listing, if applicable
  • Dedicated Simpro branding on Partner website (Select and Premier only)
  • Quarterly QBR with regional Partner Manager (Premier only)
  • Quality Control: Partner will maintain an up-to-date integration with Simpro software, and will update the compatibility of their integration within 30 days of any major Simpro release
  • Customer Service: Partner will handle all direct communications and services to and from Customers with regard to their integration and offering
  • Issue resolution: Partner will make efforts, with appropriate escalation to senior management, to provide a resolution for any problem as soon as is commercially reasonable, but no later than five (5) business days.
  • Professionalism: Partner shall not diminish or damage the reputation or goodwill of Simpro or its products
  • Applicable revenue share/ referrals / Information/Data share as per agreement
Service Providers
  • Register for the Partner Program and sign Partner Program agreement
  • Maintain up-to-date Partner Directory Listing, if applicable
  • Dedicated Simpro branding on Partner website (Select and Premier only)
  • Quarterly QBR with regional Partner Manager (Premier only)
  • Customer Service: Partner will handle all direct communications and services to and from Customers with regard to their services and offering as it relates to Simpro
